IE Builders is the entrepreneurial vision of David Houston Garcia, founded in 2013. David knew from age 14 that he was destined to be a successful business owner, and he's built IE Builders on the principles of hard work, integrity, and genuine connection.

Since 2005, IE Builders has operated as an exclusive home builder and remodeling company, working only with unique projects. Our experience spans everything from foundation to roof, including investment property remodels and home updates for future sale. We consult with property owners in person, review their goals, and provide honest estimates.

David is also a licensed Texas Realtor with over 9 years of experience in the Houston real estate market. Balance, integrity, and down-to-earth real connection define everything we do at IE Builders.
